Static website is one of the places where web pages stored on top of server so that user can view them. There are three categories of software.
1. Text editor: Texts edit and notepad is required for text editor as well as HTML is manipulating thoroughly the editor program.
2. WYSIWYG editor: adobe Dreamweaver and Microsoft FrontPage is required for it. Along with editing used with GUI and Underlying HTML.
3. Template based editors: it requires Rapidweaver and iWeb that allows creating and loading websites for web server not including knowing about HTML. Also banner and pictures are uploading.
In case of frequently changing the information dynamic website are used or collates information each time when a page is requested. It has various ways to attract users including with reading cookies, session variables, pervious history and server side variables. Site display information to user through monitor and it’s a dialogue between changing situation of monitor and user.
